Bricks 4 Kidz is a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) -based
educational program that provides students with the opportunity to
creatively learn by doing. Our hands-on curriculum introduces children
(age 3 to 13+) to concepts of engineering, architecture and mechanics
using LEGO® and DUPLO® bricks while integrating lessons from math,
science, language arts, and social studies. Themes such as Cranium
Contraptions, US Landmarks, Transportation Timeline, Space Adventures,
Interesting Inventions and Machines, Junior Robotics and more, provide
variety and ensure a high level of interest and enthusiasm amongst our
students. We also offer a Junior Robotics and Stop Motion Animation
program curriculum as a way to link language arts and technology. Our
program is designed to trigger young children's lively imaginations and
build their self-confidence.
Our Bricks 4 Kidz preschool curriculum
reinforces essential preschool skills with a fun, new approach based on
the time-tested popularity of LEGO® bricks! Watch their eyes light up as
they dig into a pile of brightly colored DUPLO® bricks to create simple
yet exciting model builds in a scale designed for their little hands.
These classes are designed specifically for
preschool-aged children to learn about letters, numbers, shapes and
colors. Our alphabet-based curriculum introduces
developmentally-appropriate concepts such as:
