Out of our work with students 1-1 in our learning centers, we realized a
need for 1-1 education to address needs within the school day, not just
after school. Our 1-1 school model was started in 2007.

Apple Montessori was founded by Rex and Jane Bailey in 1971. Our rich history is the result of the initial vision and determination of Jane Bailey, a Montessori teacher who emigrated from Scotland. Unimpressed by the traditional approach to learning and inspired by her own young children, she opened one of the first Montessori schools in northern New Jersey.
Rex Bailey, also at the forefront of education as a two term public School Board President, understood the importance of that critical time for learning in early childhood. Together they paved the road for what we are today.
With the proven success of many of our students across our 14 schools, we are setting new standards in early childhood and elementary education.
All four Bailey daughters have followed in their parents’ footsteps. After successful college careers, Pamela Howarth, Lynn Morris Piccolo, Joanne Mooney and Vanessa Krippner have perpetuated the mission. Also joining their ranks are two sons-in law, Robert Howarth and Ronald Krippner.
Thirteen Bailey grandchildren have benefited from this extraordinary education. After graduating our elementary school, the eldest grandchildren and their peers have moved on to exceptional universities.
We remain as passionate about our mission and commitment to your children today. The possibilities are infinite as we continue to lay the foundation for a lifetime of school success.

Aeon Fitness and Gymnastics
Aeon Fitness and Gymnastics on K12 Academics!
Aeon is a premier facility, newly
designed, opening in 2010. Competitive teams and recreational programs
for girls and boys ages 18 months to 18 years. Gymnastics, tumbling,
private lessons, birthday parties, summer camps, etc. Foam pit, spring
floor, rod floor, trampolines, tumble track, uneven bars, parallel bars,
high bars, pommel horse, rings, ropes, balance beams, vaults, mats, and
fitness/dance studio equipment. Fully heated and air conditioned. Very
organized and extremely clean. With years of professional experience,
Aeon is able to provide the most effective training experience for both
experienced and novice athletes alike. We are a facility dedicated to an
array of the best gymnastics instruction with great combinations of
energetic youth and teen classes.

TAMPA TAIKO Japanese Drumming Ensemble
TAMPA TAIKO Japanese Drumming Ensemble on K12 Academics!
Tampa Taiko is a professional drumming
ensemble that has performed for a vast array of audiences. Using a
collection of taiko drums they have made themselves from discarded
barrels, Tampa Taiko entertains and educates audiences with an exciting
traditional presentation of an ancient Japanese art form.
This program can be held in a theater, gymnasium,
band room, cafeteria, classroom, or most any other venue of your choice.
Concerts and workshops are usually 50 to 70 minutes, tailored for the
performance space, for any size audience. Also, the presentations and
hands-on workshops are tailored to meet the needs of various the age and
ability levels.

GO GREEN After-School Enrichment Program
In 2012, Under the 'Walk N Faith Go Green' Initiative, The Foundation
created an After School Youth Earth Club to promote environmental
awareness, responsibility, and accountability through lessons and
activities in the areas of: Recycling, Energy Conservation, Trash
Reduction, School Beatification, and Charitable works. We also have a
Book Club that targets reading literacy & comprehension, speech and
social & interpersonal skills with elements of environmental
training. Also offered are: tutoring, mentoring, and a music workshop.
New Britain Youth Museum at Hungerford Park
Appealing to young and old alike, the New Britain Youth Museum at
Hungerford Park allows families to explore the world around them through
pleasant forest trails, pond obsrvation station, wildflower meadow and
indoor history exhibits. Native wildlife rehabilitation, farm yard and
exotic animals are also found at the museum. Large playscape area with
picnic tables.

Founded in 1989 by Kathy Hunt and Susan Floyd, both of whom had
dyslexic sons, Center School was formed out of the belief that children
