SQBX Tracking brings the many benefits of cloud based technology to package, asset, visitor and inventory tracking in an easy to use and simple to administer system. Asset tracking - will track, locate, show current status, check in/out, perform inventory, document maintenance, track warranty information and more.
Inbound package/item tracking - receive and track items through customizable statuses to their final delivery, capture images and delivery information, add documents, send customizable notifications on customizable schedules, automate notices, receive the line items of purchase orders and have unlimited reports and report templates. The information is securely archived and backed up for a minimum of 7 years.
Outbound tracking - includes desktop shipping, mailroom/warehouse shipping and interoffice tracking.
Inventory tracking - includes a very flexible system for 1 to 1,000 warehouses/locations. It has the 24/7 global visibility, unlimited users, unlimited workstations plus unlimited training and remote in live support as the above products. It will accomplish everything from creating or importing POs to receiving against line items, create or import orders, interface to ERPs, notify of many invenotry parameters such as low or expriring inventory, assist purchase order creation and all of the cycle counting inventory location and quantity tasks. In addition, it provides for kitting and allocation against orders. It can also interface to a robust shipping engine for all types of outbound shipping tasks and business rules/processes.
