Young Patriots Essay Contest

The Young Patriots essay contest is held annually during the fall and winter. Winners not only receive a scholarship award, they also win: +A FREE trip to Dallas, TX and hotel accomodations for you and a parent to receive your award at a special event! +Their essay is posted on the National Center for Policy Analysis (NCPA) home page, shared with our followers, and sent to their hometown newspapers, radio and TV. This is great for beginning a portfolio!

We the Students Scholarship Contest

Essay Question: In 800 words or fewer, please answer the following question: “Since you were born, has America moved closer to or further away from the ideals outlined in the Declaration of Independence.” OR Submit a YouTube video that creatively answers the question: “Since you were born, has America moved closer to or further away from the ideals outlined in the Declaration of Independence.” The winning video will earn $1,000.
